Best of Nepal 10 Days

Day 01 Kathmandu (D)
Arrival & transfer to your hotel by private car/coach. In the evening group will be taken for welcome dinner, where will be chances to see Nepalese cultural performances.

Day 02 Kathmandu - Rafting - Chitwan (B/L/D)
Depart Kathmandu to begin an exciting white water rafting on the Trisuli River where safety gears and briefing will given. Our first encounters with rapids ads more white water fun as you negotiate and pass through the rocky gorge. Then transfer to the largest & the best-known safari in Asia - The Chitwan National Park.

Day 03 Chitwan - Jungle Activities (B/L/D)
Today you will escorted by expert naturalist on various exciting activities including elephant back safari, canoe ride, jungle walk, bird watching, Tharu stick dance, slideshow etc.

Day 04 Chitwan - Pokhara (B)
This morning you will take the scenic drive for Pokhara, “The dreamland of Nepal”. The moment you will step into Pokhara that takes you into immediate delights are the gorgeous views of the gigantic Himalayan range.

Day 05 Pokhara - City Tour (B)
A city tour of Pokhara including 1 hour boating on scenic Phewa lake, Barahi Temple, Bindabasini Temple, Davis Fall, Gupteshwor Cave, Seti Gorge, Tibetan refugee Camp etc.

Day 06 Pokhara - Kathmandu (B)
This morning you will travel by coach to Kathmandu. The day is free for you to explore the valley on your own.

Day 07 Kathmandu (B)
After breakfast full day city sightseeing tour of famous Durbar Square of Kathmandu (UNESCO World heritage site in 1979) dominated by Shiva Temple where the “Living Virgin Goddess”-Kumari lived. Sightseeing of the most important sites of Kathmandu Valley including 2000 years old Swoyambhunath Temple(UNESCO World heritage site in 1979) also known as Monkey Temple, Patan Durbar Square (UNESCO World heritage site in 1979) - the second largest of the three cities in Kathmandu Valley & site visit to Tibetan Refugee Camp. Then go to see one of the largest Stupa Boudhanath (UNESCO World heritage site in 1979).

Day 08 Kathmandu - Kharipati - Nagarkot (B)
Drive to Kharipati (near Bhaktapur), hike to Nagarkot. Nagarkot is the place to see the beautiful scenery of the major peaks of the Himalayas. If the weather is clear you will see including Mt. Everest on a clear day including Amadablam, Choyu, Langtang, Langtang Lirung, Chobha Bhamre, Ladies peak & many other major peaks of the Himalayas.

Day 09 Nagarkot - Kathmandu (B)
After breakfast walk around in Nagarkot go to see the Nagarkot tower from where you can see beautiful Himalayan panoramic views, walk back to hotel at Nagarkot, drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 10 Departure (B)
Drive to airport for flight back home.

A walk in the clouds - so magical, so majestic and so exotic Nepal! Nepal was my second trip with my girl friends after Kashmir in Mar 06. A lot of people had been telling me that Nepal was one of most beautiful places on earth.
