Everest Enduro Difficulty

When it comes to the difficulty level of this mountain biking, you can consider it to be an intermediate to advanced tour, like Lower Mustang mountain biking. You will have to ride your two wheels on the diverse terrain. Some of the trails can be a mix of single tracks, jeep roads, and forested trails. Moreover, you will face some of the trail sections where you have to get off the bike and hike to a certain point, like during Pikey Peak. During the descent from the summit, you have to make alpine descents, which can be challenging and tiring. On top of that, the risk of high altitude sickness above 3500 m adds more difficulty to the journey.

Who Can Embark On Pikey Peak Everest Enduro?

To successfully complete this intermediate-advanced level tour, you should have a good level of physical fitness and mental endurance. To cope with the varied terrain and technical sections, a strong build with mental endurance can be really helpful. Moreover, you should have the confident handling skills to tackle the technical and challenging sections. It is not necessary to be professional, but those comfortable with moderate-to-advanced MTB terrain can easily complete this tour. If you have any high-altitude biking experience, then it can be a plus point in the adventure.

Best Time For Everest Enduro and Pikey Peak Mountain Biking

Spring(March to May) and Autumn(September to November) will offer the most out of your 9-day Everest mountain biking tour. During these seasons, the skies will be clear with great visibility.
