Upon arrival, you'll check into your hotel and have some free time to explore the lakeside area, enjoying the peaceful ambiance and scenic surroundings.

After breakfast, we will drive to Nayapul, the starting point of our trek. Upon reaching Nayapul, we’ll prepare for our journey and begin our trek towards Tirkhedhunga.
Today's trek will take approximately 5 hours, leading us to our destination for the day.

Today, we will hike through a beautiful rhododendron forest, passing through charming hamlets and cultivated fields along the way. After around 3 hours of walking, we will arrive in Ghorepani.
Ghorepani is a well-known destination in the Annapurna region, celebrated for its breathtaking beauty and as the starting point for a short hike to Poon Hill, where you can witness an amazing sunrise and panoramic views of the Himalayas.
In Ghorepani, you'll find family-run lodges offering food and accommodation, providing a warm welcome to travelers along the trail.

Early in the morning, we will embark on a one-hour trek to Poon Hill, a renowned viewpoint offering stunning views of the sunrise over the majestic Dhaulagiri range. Take in the breathtaking scenery before we trek back to Ghorepani for a well-deserved breakfast.
Afterward, we will continue our journey to Tatopani, known for its natural hot springs. This popular spot is a favorite among travelers heading to the Mustang region, offering a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.

Today, we will begin our trek towards Ghasa, following the Kali Gandaki River as it winds through a deep gorge.
Along the way, we’ll pass the picturesque Dana and Rupse Waterfalls, as well as the village of Kopchepani. Continuing along the trail, we will arrive at Ghasa, a charming Thakali village, often referred to as a paradise for birdwatchers due to its rich wildlife and natural beauty.

Today, we begin with a steep climb through the forest, leading us to Lete Khola and then to Lete. We will continue our journey, passing through Larjung Village, before crossing the trail via Tukuche and finally reaching Marpha.
Marpha is a small, picturesque village with narrow lanes and white-painted houses, offering a unique charm perfect for exploration and photography.
Known as the 'Apple Kingdom of Nepal,' Marpha is famous for its high-quality apples, especially during the apple season. The village is also renowned for producing Marpha apple brandy, a popular local specialty.

Today, we will continue along the side of the valley, gradually ascending before crossing a low ridge to reach Jomsom village.
Jomsom is the central hub of the Mustang region, known for its airstrip with daily flights to and from Pokhara. It is a bustling and popular destination in the area.
As we proceed on our trek, we’ll notice the wind picking up, as it tends to be quite breezy from Jomsom onward. We will follow a gradual path along the Kali Gandaki River bed for about 3 hours, eventually reaching Kagbeni.
Kagbeni is an ancient and historically significant village, with a unique charm and beauty that makes it a fascinating place to explore.

Today, we will begin our trek to Muktinath, passing through several scenic and picturesque spots along the way.
From Kagbeni, the path climbs steeply, reconnecting with the direct trail leading to Khimsar. As we continue, the trail gradually ascends through a desert-like landscape, eventually reaching the village of Jharkot before arriving at Muktinath.
Muktinath, situated at an elevation of 3,710 meters, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayas. In addition to its stunning scenery, Muktinath is renowned for the sacred Muktinath Temple, which is revered by both Hindus and Buddhists.
Every year, thousands of pilgrims visit Muktinath Temple to offer their prayers and seek blessings.

To complete the Jomsom Muktinath Trek, you will walk around 120 km in total. Starting your trek from Nayapul, you will reach Muktinath after covering about 100 km. From thereon, you will proceed towards Jomsom by covering around 20 km. While walking on the Jomsom Muktinath Trail, you will ascend to a maximum elevation of 3710 m at Muktinath. This will be the highest altitude you will ascend in this trek.
Your Jomsom Muktinath trekking can last for 7 to 15 days. If you want a short trip, then you can cut down on the Jomsom Muktinath trek itinerary and make your trek as short as 7 days.

If you are seeking an adventurous option, then you can follow the Annapurna Circuit trek route and pass by the mighty Thorung La Pass to descend towards Muktinath and Jomsom. In this route, you will cover the lower Annapurna region from Nayapul, pass by Manang, and descend towards Jomsom to complete the trek.
