Kathmandu Pokhara Chitwan Nagarkot Tour – 8 Days

After flying above the clouds, you will arrive in Nepal. Completing all the necessary procedures, you will head towards the airport terminal, where our company representative welcomes you warmly. Afterwards, you will be given a short briefing where our representative will share about the Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, Nagarot tour itinerary. This will give you a general idea of what your further days will be like in Nepal. 

Then, they will escort you to your designated hotel, where you can check in and rest for some time. You will have ample time to spend, so you can decide how you want to spend your remaining time. Some of you may prefer to just relax at the hotel, while some of you like to explore the vibrant markets, temples, and streets.

You must be really excited today since you will finally start your amazing tour in Nepal. After having light breakfasts in the morning, you will set off towards Pokhara today. Driving on the black topped Prithvi Highway, first, you will follow the way shown by the Trishuli River. Then you will pass by many charming villages, lush forests, and verdant meadows before arriving at the picturesque Pokhara. As soon as you arrive in this beautiful city, you will be bestowed with magnificent views of the Annapurna massifs and Machhapuchre.

Now, upon arrival at Pokhara, you will check into the hotel and take a rest after 7-8 long hours of road driving. In the evening, you can stroll around Phewa Lake and enjoy a leisurely boat ride. When you are drifting away, deep into the Phewa Lake on a wooden boat, the tranquil atmosphere calms your racing heart with the reflection of Machhapuchhre on the water. This experience will remove all the tiredness of a long bus ride and make you full of energy for tomorrow’s exploration.

The first phase of the journey is all about the Kathmandu Pokhara Tour. Today, you have an entire day for Pokhara sightseeing.

• You can visit Davis Fall and Gupteshwar Cave, where you will be stunned by the magic of nature.
• Next, you can visit the  World Peace Pagoda and Bindabasini temple for more spiritual richness to your tour.

Today will not be a hectic exploration day, as you will just reach Chitwan and do fun activities in the evening. For that, you will have to leave behind Pokhara and take a 6-7 hour bus drive, approaching the low plains of Terai. As you are making your way to Chitwan National Park, the rolling hillsides will turn into the fields of paddy and sugarcane. The cool and crisp air starts to get warmer with the landscape dominated by dense sal forests, grasslands, and riverine vegetation.

Upon arrival at Chitwan, you will check into the jungle resort and take a short break after a long bus ride. In the evening, you can come out of your room to enjoy the traditional Tharu cultural show featuring the famous stick dance. You can sway to the groove with the performers and create unforgettable memories before making one of the best jungle safaris of your lifetime tomorrow.

Today will be full of adventure and fun as you will be engaged in a guided jungle safari with our guide, fellow travelers, and team of jungle experts. 

• The jeep safari will be interesting as you will follow the footsteps of animals such as the endangered Royal Bengal Tiger or one-horned rhinoceros to watch them in their natural habitat.
• Likewise, the tranquil setting while canoeing in the Rapti River is the best spot for discovering gharial crocodiles and the gangetic dolphin.
• You definitely cannot miss out on birdwatching and discover the allure of resident and migratory birds.
• The jungle walk to the Elephant breeding centre and the crocodile breeding centre can be very insightful, with knowledge about the protection and conservation of these rare breeds.

Today, you will wake up early in the morning to witness the snow-capped mountain, soaking in the golden hues of sunlight. After having breakfast, you will drive back for the Kathmandu Day Trip. During today's sightseeing, you will explore many of the world heritage sites.

During your visit, you’ll step right into the heart of Kathmandu at Durbar Square.
